The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") is, on the one hand, to inform any possible Buyer of the terms and conditions under which the seller (hereinafter "SI.ELLA HAIR" or " the Seller ”) proceeds to the sale and delivery of the products ordered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the Parties within the framework of the sale of products by SI.ELLA HAIR to the consumer (above and below -after "the Buyer").

II PRODUCTS

All products presented on the site  www.siella-hair.com  are those of the company SI.ELLA HAIR.

By selecting a product the detailed description is displayed through the product sheet.

The images presented on the product sheet are as close as possible to the products, but sometimes cannot ensure perfect similarities due to the very slight difference in hue and color. But this does not change the quality of the product.

I-II PRICES

The sale prices of the products online on the SI.ELLA HAIR Site, indicated in euros, are those in force at the time of placing the Order by the Purchaser. The selling prices of the products can be modified by SI.ELLA HAIR at any time. This modification will be notified to the Purchaser before any Order. The prices are applicable in the context of distance selling.

These prices do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased. The shipping costs will be indicated before the registration of the Order by the Purchaser. The different shipping methods are provided below in the GTC and are recalled on the Site; they can be modified at any time by SI.ELLA HAIR. Also SI.ELLA HAIR advises any Buyer to regularly consult the GTC appearing on the Site.

The prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the Order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of products sold by SI.ELLA HAIR on its Site.

Before validating his Order, the buyer has the opportunity to check the details of his draft Order and to correct any errors.

SI.ELLA HAIR reserves the right to refuse to honor an order for the following reasons: incomplete address or poste restante / incomplete payment / doubt about credit card

I-IV  CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

The customer therefore acknowledges having read the general conditions mentioned without reservation before any validation of his order. He thus confirms the acceptance of his conditions when he has confirmed his order on the site.
