delivery policy

The SI.ELLA HAIR site delivers its products in mainland France, Europe and internationally.
 

It will take 10 working days for the preparation of the order.
Following this the order will be delivered to the carrier and will be delivered via Colissimo RECOMMENDED, it is therefore a delivery delivered against signature.  

The products ordered on the SI.ELLA HAIR or Lynk.bio site (payment platform in several installments) being delivered to the address indicated on the order form, the customer is responsible for the quality of the information that he communicates to us. It is imperative to verify the accuracy of the contact details in order to ensure the delivery of the order.

As such, a delivery method is offered to customers:

    • Delivery of the order to the address indicated

    • Delivery times and costs vary depending on the geographical area delivered:

Products ordered on the SI.ELLA HAIR site will be sent by the usual LA POSTE COLISSIMO postal services. In the event of delivery times longer than those mentioned above, loss of parcel or damaged parcel, SI.ELLA HAIR declines all responsibility because the damaging facts result from a failure to meet the obligations of the transport or delivery services of the parcel .

 

exchanges and refunds

In case of non-compliance of the order, PLEASE notify us, within 7 days of receipt of the package, to SI.ELLA HAIR customer service by sending an email to the address:

Good to know:  NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED, THAT IS COLORED, DEGRADED ETC ... AND / OR IF THE TULE HAS BEEN CUT.
